Hello beautiful Soul…

So, who am I…
Wife, Mother, Nanna, Daughter, Sister, Aunty, Travel Agent, Soul Alignment Coach, Spiritual Teacher, Soul Intuitive, Heal Your Life Coach, empath and friend.
I am someone who has walked her own Soul journey through joy, grief, misalignment, rediscovery and healing….and I may have been where you find yourself right now…
There was no one particular event that marked the start of this phase of my journey – it just felt like I was beyond empty and running on pure exhaustion. I didn’t really understand what was happening. On the outside, my life looked wonderful on the outside - a loving and supportive family, good health, successful businesses and every opportunity to lead a fulfilling life.
But on the inside... I felt like I was slowly dying.
Despite all of this, I was protected and guided.
Spirit kept giving me signs, showing me the way forward...and instead of following the prompts - like I know you should - for whatever reason (and to this day I still don’t know why) I just didn’t pay attention, and long term I paid a high price for my misalignment.
It was a very very long process and while I am emotionally strong and found it easy to push through for the longest time, things got harder and harder for me.
My businesses were affected as were my finances.
I was more exhausted than ever before.
I was giving so much of myself to others without replenishing my energy until I had nothing to give... and then one day my body began to reflect the effects of my misalignment, exhaustion and unhappiness.
I was doing all the things that you are supposed to do in order to move forward and be happy, but it got to a point where I knew that something needed to change – but this time it needed my full and immediate attention.
Even though I had always recognized it, I finally had to stop and be honest with myself.
I had to admit that I was misaligned from the calling of my Soul and from the path I was meant to walk.
There was no way that this was as good as it was meant to get!
I had studied enough and helped enough people over the years to recognize that if I continued on this path, it would end in more tears...
So I had to commit to change – even though the thought of doing so was totally terrifying...
My Soul had a bigger purpose for me – a better life - and my dissatisfaction was her way of telling me that things needed to change…and quickly!
It was finally time to listen...
I have been studying spiritual practices since I was 18 and have had the good fortune to study with some of the leading spiritual teachers of our time.
I knew how to coach other people, guide them along their path with success, but somehow at 57 I had forgotten how to embrace all of the things that I had been taught .
I had to go back to basics and start to remind myself again.
I had to dig deep – to remember my calling – to remember why I was here and what I was meant to do.
It was time to clear the pathway and reconnect with my Soul and with Spirit in a more meaningful way once again.
Through this process, I began to realign my life with my true values and passions, and in doing so I had the courage to take the steps that I knew were right...but had been too afraid to take.
And there it was…
The realization that I could help others feel this same transformation - and create a life where they felt loved and blessed with meaningful connections, laughter, joy, abundance, success and purpose.

With over 40 years of spiritual study, combined with my own life experience and the privilege of helping others through my work, I bring a wealth of knowledge and understanding to our journey together.
I am also the author of the life changing book “Believe Achieve Soar – Your Step By Step Guide for Turning Your Dreams into a Reality”, and am a certified Heal Your Life Coach and facilitator, Soul Intuitive, Spiritual Teacher, Angel Intuitive and Travel Agent to name a few…

I have walked this path myself. I know it can be done.
I continue to apply these teachings to both my personal life and to my businesses, and while it is a work in progress (as life always is) it has helped to move me closer to the life that I once only imagined for myself.
