These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.teresamills.com.au ("Website") and any products, services, programs, memberships, workshops, courses, events, retreats, Sacred Journeys, Intuitive Soul Sessions and other offerings provided by Inspired To Dream Pty Ltd (ABN 54 603 323 637), trading as Teresa Mills, Inspired Soul Retreats, Inspired Soul Connections, Soul Chats, Inspired Gifts and Inspired To Travel ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing our Website, purchasing a product or service, attending an event, participating in a retreat, joining a membership or otherwise engaging with our offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

WEBSITE USE

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Website.

You must not:

• use the Website for unlawful purposes;

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;

• interfere with the operation of the Website;

• copy, reproduce or exploit Website content without permission;

• distribute Website content without authorisation; or

• engage in any conduct that may damage our reputation, systems or business

 

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Website at any time where we reasonably believe these Terms and Conditions have been breached.

PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices displayed on our Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

​

Prices may include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.

​

Payment must be received in full before access to a product, service, workshop, course, membership, retreat, session, event or other offering is granted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may use third-party payment providers to process payments. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the applicable terms and conditions of those providers.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

​

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

​

Digital products may include journals, workbooks, guides, meditations, audio recordings, downloadable resources, online courses and other digital content.

​

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the product for your own individual use.

​

Digital products must not be:

​

• copied;

• shared;

• reproduced;

• distributed;

• sublicensed;

• resold;

• modified for resale; or

• used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

 

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

We reserve the right to revoke access to any digital product where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

​

Inspired Gifts offers physical products including, but not limited to:

​

• Aura sprays;

• Candles;

• Crystals;

• Oracle cards;

• Gifts; and

• Other spiritual and wellbeing products.

 

Physical products are currently available for delivery within Australia only unless otherwise specified.

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

 

Risk in physical products passes to the customer upon delivery.

 

Where a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, customers should contact us as soon as reasonably practicable so that we may assess the circumstances and determine an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

​

INTUITIVE SOUL SESSIONS

​

Intuitive Soul Sessions are offered as one on one educational, reflective and personal development services.

​

Session fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.

​

Clients may request to reschedule a session by providing at least forty eight (48) hours notice.

​

Requests received with less than forty eight (48) hours notice may be declined at our sole discretion.

​

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

​

Once a session has been delivered, session fees are nonrefundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

​

We reserve the right to refuse, discontinue or terminate services where we consider it appropriate to do so.

​

Intuitive Soul Sessions are personal development and educational services only and do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other professional advice.

​

WORKSHOPS, COURSES AND EVENTS

​

Participation in workshops, courses, webinars, masterclasses, events and similar offerings requires full payment prior to attendance unless otherwise specified.

​

Workshop, course and event fees are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

​

Requests for transfers, credits or alternative arrangements may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion and must be submitted in writing.

​

Approval of any transfer, credit or alternative arrangement does not create an obligation for us to provide similar arrangements in future circumstances.

​

We reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, replace presenters, change delivery methods or cancel an event where reasonably necessary.

​

Where an event is cancelled by us, participants will be offered a transfer, credit or refund, as determined by us and subject to Australian Consumer Law.

​

We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, leave arrangements or other expenses incurred by participants in connection with an event.

​

Workshops, webinars, courses and events may be recorded.

​

By participating, attendees acknowledge and consent to the recording of the event unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

​

Any recordings remain our intellectual property and may be used for educational, promotional, marketing or business purposes.

​

MEMBERSHIPS AND ONLINE COMMUNITIES

​

From time to time, we may offer memberships, subscriptions, online communities, member-only content, educational programs and similar offerings, including through Inspired Soul Connections.

​

Membership fees, renewal terms, inclusions, benefits and access arrangements will be disclosed at the time of joining.

​

We reserve the right to modify, update, replace or discontinue membership offerings, content, features or benefits at any time.

​

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login details and account information.

​

Memberships are personal and may not be shared, transferred, sold or assigned to another person.

​

Where recurring payments apply, members authorise us to process payments in accordance with the selected membership plan.

​

Membership fees are nonrefundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

​

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership access where we reasonably believe a member has breached these Terms and Conditions, acted unlawfully or engaged in behaviour that is abusive, disruptive or harmful to the community.

RETREATS

​

Inspired Soul Retreats may offer retreats that include educational content, workshops, personal development activities, spiritual teachings, group experiences and related activities.

​

Participation in a retreat is voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own risk.

​

Specific retreat details, payment schedules, deposits, participant requirements, cancellation terms, accommodation arrangements, inclusions and exclusions will be provided for each retreat and form part of the agreement between the participant and Inspired To Dream Pty Ltd.

​

Retreat payments are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

​

Participants acknowledge that retreat itineraries, facilitators, venues, activities and inclusions may change where reasonably necessary.

​

Participants acknowledge that retreat venues, accommodation providers, facilitators and suppliers may incur costs immediately upon booking and that cancellation may result in financial loss.

​

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically, emotionally and medically able to participate in retreat activities.

​

Participants must disclose in advance, any information that may materially affect their ability to participate safely in retreat activities.

​

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate participation where we reasonably believe participation may present a risk to the participant, other participants, staff, facilitators, suppliers or service providers.

​

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a retreat, workshop or event without refund where their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, unlawful or negatively impacts the experience, safety or wellbeing of others.

​

MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE

​

Travel insurance is a mandatory condition of participation in all retreats.

​

Participants must obtain and maintain comprehensive travel insurance that adequately covers:

​

• cancellation and curtailment;

• medical expenses;

• emergency medical treatment;

• personal accident;

• personal liability;

• loss, theft or damage to personal belongings;

• travel disruption; and

• other relevant risks associated with participation.

 

Proof of insurance may be requested prior to commencement of the retreat.

​

Failure to obtain or maintain appropriate travel insurance may result in cancellation of participation without refund.

​

Participants acknowledge that travel insurance is intended to provide protection in circumstances where they are unable to attend, withdraw from a retreat, experience travel disruption, suffer illness or injury, or incur financial loss arising from unforeseen events.

​

Participants acknowledge that travel insurance is the primary mechanism through which cancellation related losses should be managed.

​

SACRED JOURNEYS

​

Sacred Journeys are distinct from retreats and are travel experiences arranged through MTA – Mobile Travel Agents.

​

Sacred Journeys do not include formal teaching, coaching, therapeutic services or educational retreat content unless specifically stated otherwise.

​

All Sacred Journeys are subject to:

​

• MTA booking terms and conditions;

• supplier terms and conditions;

• airline conditions;

• accommodation provider conditions;

• travel provider requirements; and

• any additional booking conditions disclosed at the time of booking.

 

Participants acknowledge that Inspired To Dream Pty Ltd may promote, host or participate in Sacred Journeys but that travel arrangements remain subject to the applicable travel booking conditions.

​

Participants must comply with all insurance requirements, supplier requirements, travel requirements and booking conditions applicable to the relevant Sacred Journey.

​

MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE

​

Travel insurance is a mandatory condition of participation in all Sacred Journeys.

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO AND MEDIA

​

Photographs, video recordings and audio recordings may be taken during workshops, courses, events, retreats, Sacred Journeys, memberships and other offerings.

 

Such recordings may be used for educational, promotional, marketing, social media, website and business purposes.

​

Participants who do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings should notify us in writing prior to the commencement of the relevant event or activity.

​

While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee that incidental inclusion in group photographs, recordings or public settings can always be avoided.

​

By attending a public event, workshop, retreat or similar activity, participants acknowledge that photographs or recordings may occur.

​

Nothing in this clause limits any specific consent arrangements that may be implemented for individual events, retreats or programs.

​

TESTIMONIALS

​

Where a participant voluntarily provides a testimonial, review, feedback, comment, success story or similar content, they grant us permission to use, reproduce, publish, display and distribute that content for promotional, educational, marketing and business purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

​

We may edit testimonials for length, grammar, formatting or clarity provided the overall meaning is not materially altered.

​

Participants acknowledge that testimonials represent individual experiences and are not intended to guarantee specific outcomes for others.

​

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

​

The You Are A Soul Framework, the Empowered Soul Blueprint, website content, written materials, journals, guides, meditations, courses, workshops, recordings, downloads, graphics, audio content, videos, programs, membership materials and all associated content remain the intellectual property of Inspired To Dream Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.

​

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, sold, licensed, shared, transmitted, displayed or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

​

Participation in a program, workshop, retreat, event, membership, course or other offering does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

​

The You Are A Soul Framework, the Empowered Soul Blueprint and associated concepts, methodologies, materials and teachings may not be taught, reproduced, adapted, commercialised, licensed or incorporated into another program without our prior written permission.

​

Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in termination of access to our products and services and may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

​

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inspired To Dream Pty Ltd, Teresa Mills and all associated trading names exclude all liability for any loss, injury, damage, claim, expense, cost or liability arising directly or indirectly from:

• use of this Website;

• participation in any product, service, workshop, course, retreat, Sacred Journey, membership or event;

• reliance upon information provided through our content or offerings;

• travel arrangements;

• third-party supplier services;

• use of physical or digital products; or

• interruption, cancellation, postponement or modification of services

 

Participants acknowledge that they remain solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, health, wellbeing and outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

​

FORCE MAJEURE

​

We are not liable for any delay, interruption, postponement, modification, cancellation or inability to provide any product, service, workshop, course, event, retreat, Sacred Journey, membership or other offering where such circumstances arise due to events beyond our reasonable control.

​

Such events may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather events, bushfires, floods, pandemics, epidemics, government actions or restrictions, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, industrial disputes, transportation disruptions, supplier failures, venue closures, utility failures, technology failures or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where reasonably practicable, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements, reschedule the affected offering or provide a credit where appropriate. Nothing in this clause limits any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

​

THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

​

Certain products, services, retreats, Sacred Journeys, memberships or events may involve third-party suppliers, facilitators, venues, accommodation providers, travel providers, technology providers, payment processors or other service providers.

​

We are not responsible for acts, omissions, cancellations, delays, failures, interruptions or conduct of third-party providers except to the extent required by law.

​

Where a third-party provider's terms and conditions apply, participants agree to comply with those terms and conditions.

​

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

​

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or Australian Consumer Law which cannot lawfully be excluded.

​

Where permitted by law, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable legislation.

​

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

​

If a dispute arises in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith discussions and negotiations.

​

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, either party may pursue any rights or remedies available to them under applicable law.

​

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent legal or equitable relief where necessary.

​

GOVERNING LAW

​

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

​

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions, our Website, products, services or offerings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
