An Intuitive Soul Session is not coaching in the traditional sense.
Sometimes the presenting problem is not the real problem.
A pattern of difficult relationships may actually be rooted in self worth. A feeling of being stuck may be connected to a deeper misalignment with your true path. A recurring sense of emptiness may be pointing toward something your soul has been trying to tell you for a long time.
An Intuitive Soul Session is a deeply personal, one hour phone / online conversation where I listen — not just to your words, but to what lies beneath them. Using intuition, soul patterns and practical spiritual wisdom, I help you uncover what is really happening beneath the surface of your situation — and together we identify what needs to shift.
You will leave with a fresh perspective, a deeper understanding of yourself and practical steps you can begin implementing straight away.

For more than 40 years I have studied spirituality, personal growth and the deeper questions of how we create meaningful lives.
Alongside that learning, I have navigated my own challenges, losses, transitions and turning points — experiences that have shown me that real change begins not with having all the answers, but with asking better questions and learning to trust the wisdom that already lives within.
I am a Soul Alignment Coach, Heal Your Life facilitator, Angel Intuitive and Spiritual Teacher — but more than any qualification, I have sat where you are sitting - and I found my way back.
